The Challenge
Al Zahra Hospital Dubai was facing challenges related to claim quality, claim denials, and revenue leakage driven by changing payer requirements. The hospital required a more proactive and intelligent approach to revenue cycle management to improve reimbursement outcomes and reduce preventable claim errors.
Our Approach
Santechture implemented the Thynk intelligent rules engine to strengthen claims validation, improve compliance with regulatory and market requirements, and optimise claim quality prior to submission.
The engagement included close collaboration with clinical, IT, and RCM stakeholders, along with Phase II integration into physician and EMR workflows to support documentation improvement at the point of care.
Santechture's Impact
The implementation enabled Al Zahra Hospital to enhance revenue cycle controls, improve visibility into denial patterns, and establish a foundation for continuous rules optimisation and stronger claims governance.
Strengthened Collaboration: The project deepened cooperation between clinical and RCM teams, supporting improved documentation practices and a more efficient claims management process.
