The Challenge
The Saudi Ministry of Health required a fully automated Revenue Cycle Management solution across 27 hospitals spanning 12 geographical locations across the Kingdom. MoH needed to streamline billing and insurance workflows, and integrate with complex HIS, ERP, and regulatory portals — all at national scale.
Our Approach
Santechture conducted full due diligence across all 27 hospitals, carrying out site visits and a detailed gap analysis to inform the design of a new RCM operating model.
The team deployed Robin and Insight, covering Patient Billing, Medical Insurance, Automated Eligibility, Request for Approval, and intelligent dashboards. Integration was established across 33 systems — including payer portals, NPHIES, WASEEL, DHS, Oracle Financials, and OASIS HIS — via HL7 and API protocols.
Santechture's Impact
Santechture deployed a comprehensive RCM platform across all 27 MoH hospitals, enabling national-scale automated billing, eligibility checking, and intelligent revenue management.
The integration of 33 systems created a unified, compliant revenue cycle operation across 12 geographical regions — one of the largest healthcare RCM deployments in the Kingdom.
